Nursing Scholarships
Missoula Medical Aid partners with Centro de Capacitaciónen Salud-- Escuela de Enfermería, a nursing school in La Esperanza, to provide scholarships for two low-income students each year. These students come from the impoverished areas in Intibucá, and many stay and work in the government health centers scattered throughout the area.
