Richard Barrett
Dick Barrett is a professor emeritus of economics who retired from the University of Montana after 37 years of teaching. He is currently a member of the Montana State House of Representatives. He was a Peace Corps volunteer in Colombia from 1964 to 1966, and he deeply appreciates the opportunities he had to return to rural Latin America as a Missoula Medical Aid volunteer.
